Refunds:
Downloadable/Streaming, Physical Products, and Memberships/Subscriptions
JSIMZJ MUSIC has a 30 day “Satisfaction Guarantee” If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased downloadable/streaming, physical product, and/or membership/subscription, we will fully refund your initial purchase, if you notify JSIMZJ MUSIC LLC within 30 calendar days of your initial purchase. You can only receive 1 refund per membership/subscription. All clothing item sales are final and nonrefundable. For more information on refunds or to get a refund, contact us via email
Exchanges:
Exchanges are available for products if customer notifes JSIMZJ MUSIC within 7 calendar days of the purchase, with the exception of downloadable and/or streaming purchases, and memberships/subscriptions for all of those sales will not be exchanged. All exchanges must be equivalent in price to the customer’s original purchased product(s). There will be no upgrade or downgrade options available for exchanges. The customer must return products, receive their refund, and make another purchase. The packaged product(s) that will be available for exchange must be unopened and in it’s original packaging and condition before the exchange. Returns:
Physical Products
For all returns, you must notify JSIMZJ MUSIC LLC within 30 calendar days of the purchase. In order to receive your refund on physical product(s), the purchased product(s) must be returned to JSIMZJ MUSIC LLC within 30 days of the purchase. The customer is responsible for the mailing packaging and costs of the item to be returned.
